Sometimes a quick cache clear is all it takes to get things working smoothly again on Zuku Review. Follow the steps below based on the browser you're using.
🔍 What is Cache?
Your browser stores bits of data from websites you visit to help them load faster next time. Over time, this "cache" can cause issues—especially when websites update or change.

Click the three dots in the upper right corner.
-
Hover over More Tools, then select Clear browsing data.
-
In the pop-up:
-
Time range: Select "All time"
-
Check "Cached images and files"
-
(Optional: You can uncheck everything else.)
-
-
Click Clear data.
-
Restart Chrome and log back into Zuku.
🍎 Safari (Mac)
-
Open Safari.
-
Click Safari in the top-left corner of your screen.

-
Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

Choose All time as the time range.

📱 On Mobile?
For best performance, we recommend using the Zuku App available on the App Store or Google Play. If you're already using the app, uninstalling and reinstalling can also clear cache.
